You can use Microsoft Access, ADO, or ODBC. In the first step select Connect to an existing database.

A shortcut to a macro or stored procedure runs that macro or stored procedure. When you double-click the shortcut, Access opens the database in which the object is stored and displays the object. With the network path specified, you can, for example, send the shortcut through e-mail so that others with access to the network can use the shortcut, too. If you move the database later, you can type in a new network path in this format:

If you're creating a shortcut for an object in a database that is on a network, Access selects This Database is on the Network, and fills in the network path in the Full Network Path box.
